  • How do I get my tickets?
    You can purchase tickets online or at the local area businesses listed on our show announcements. If you purchase online, you need to bring a printout of your ticket purchase confirmation email from Theatre Wakefield to the front-of-house for the performance. Tickets are also sold (as available) at the front-of-house prior to shows.
  • When should I arrive for the show?
    Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the show if you are picking up your ticket at the front-of-house.
  • What happens if I arrive late for the show?
    Performances start on time, and late-comers may be obliged to wait until an appropriate break. There are no refunds or exchanges for late-comers.
  • Does Theatre Wakefield exchange or refund tickets?
    Exchanges or refunds are not offered once the purchase is made. Please choose your show, performance date, and time with care.
  • What happens if my show is cancelled?
    In general, cancellations or postponements of performances are very unlikely, but if so, please contact tickets@theatrewakefield.ca and we will issue a ticket refund upon proof of purchase.
